Criteria for Applicant in University

1. Students studying: political science, law, criminology, Jewish studies, journalism/ communication.
2. made aliya after 1993
3. army service (or exemption by age or health reasons. For girls-shirut leumi is acceptable)
4. not receiving any other assistance, grants or scholarships from private or government services (including perah)
5. willing to volunteer up to 15h a month

Apply for MCF grants ONLY through your university. DO NOT send personal applications directly to MCF. They WILL NOT be reviewed or acknowledged.

Criteria for Applicant in College

1. made aliya after 1993, (in extreme cases can still apply if date of aliya is prior)
2. army service (or exemption by age or health reasons. For girls-shirut leumi is acceptable)
3. not receiving any other assistance, grants or scholarships from private or government services totaling more than 5000sh per year
4. willing to volunteer up to 15h a month
