Michaell Cherney Foundation made a donation to Ezra le Marpeh, a charity that helps gravely ill patients and their families.

Headed by Rebbe Elimelekh Firer, who was designated Israel ’s Man of the Year in 2003, ELM works hard to alleviate the suffering of the gravely ill patients and their families. ELM underwrites consultations with specialists, treatment abroad if necessary, provides medications, equipment, ambulances, and much else.

In his letter of thanks to the Michael Cherney Foundation, Reb Firer wrote, “Please accept our deepest gratitude on behalf of the thousands of patients and all those who need your help. We thank you for your warmth and sympathy that you convey through our organization to the thousands of sufferers.”
