The Cherney Fund has helped the national
program of training young people for Army service.
The program was generated by Aliya Battalion public organization
and is supported by the Ministry of the Interior.
The main objective of the program is patriotic, psychological,
and physical training of youth for Army service, as well as
integration of Russian-speaking youths in Israeli society
and studying the specific features of Israeli Army community.
The program includes creating free centers where young men
and women of pre-draft age will undergo a year-long general
physical, psychological, and special training.
