Victims of Terror

Population of Sderot is victimized by regular bombings from Gaza. The population is not only living in continues fear and danger but is constantly injured and wounded. Helping victims of terrorism is priority for MCF. Here are the latest stories of those that were helped:

Olga P., a single mother of 2 children has been hurt three times by bombings. As a result, her health is shot, she lost two jobs she was holding and now lives below poverty line. One of the effects on her deteriorating health is loosing all her teeth, which is devastating to any young woman.

Uriy K. came to Israel with a young daughter, loosing his wife right before the move. After buying an apartment in Sderot and raising his daughter all alone, he was diagnosed with cancer, which has progressed since the bombings have started.

Nadia A. is a mother of three. One son is handicapped and bedridden in hospital. Most of the day the other 2 small children are left without her since she needs to be by her sick child’s bed. As a result, she has found herself in a dire straits.

Here what happened to Alexander B. “bombs fell next to my house few times allready. The house and it’s contents took a serious thrashing. My wife and I have been taken away by ambulance twice. My wife is under psychiatric observation and can not work for the past 3months. On april 28th a bomb fell next to our house for the third time and we were hospitalized again. We have stopped leaving our house….”
